- Screw pile foundations
- 110mm structurally insulated panels with an additional 25mm insulation pre-cladded in zero maintenance composite cladding
- 100mm insulation to roof
- 100mm structurally insulated panels to floor
- EPDM rubber roof
- Choice of UPVC windows/doors or upgrade to aluminium bifolding doors
So what do you need to do?
- Purchase consumer unit and allow for electrics
- Install plasterboards and dry line or plaster
- Lay the flooring of your choice
- Paint the zero maintenance composite cladding exterior
